I've used this spray before when I was recovering from a VBAC and had tearing/stitches. It helped ease the discomfort early on. So for the first go around with this product, very happy with the results and the packaging alike. I liked it so much I ordered a bottle for my sister who is due soon but when it arrived there was no "tamper proof" plastic packaging around the cap which I was expecting and seems standard to products like this. The can feels full so that doesn't lead me to believe it's been used. However looking at the spray mechanism it is obvious the cap was removed prior to my receiving it, there are visible scuffs and a slight indentation. Not sure I'm comfortable giving it as a gift now... Second go around, not impressed.

The brand is great , the cans to deliver americaine to affected area are really unreliable , 1 can worked good until I got to the halfway point and then it leaked , dripped etc. 2cnd can had no aresol in it ??
