I have little idea what this black resin stuff is or what fulvic acid is but when I take it I feel better. More energy and better focus. Tastes something like licorice. The wooden spoon it comes with reminds me of ice cream cups I had as a kid. You are supposed to measure the dosage on the wooden spoon but I can’t see how accurate that would be. Two lines on the spoon - one for 300 mg and one for 600mg. I doubt that those are in any way accurate. It probably doesn’t matter. I just works. I don’t bother mixing it with water or anything. I just put the spoon in my mouth and it eventually comes off with time.

Hands down one of the best Shilajit supplements I have ever tried, and ive tried alot of them! Capsules were worthless, unless they had actually Shilajit resin in them, but the resin itself is so uplifting, so invigorating you'll want more. For me, I liked to mix a small spoons worth into some hot coffee in the morning. The synergetic effect with caffeine amplifies thw Shilajit making it feel stronger. This was more of a clean energy too, not a jittery kind. I whole heartedly recommend this product for anyone looking to give Shilajit a try

This product is total garbage and I tried to get my money refunded as it stated when I bought it that I had a 30-day money back guarantee save your money do not believe this it is not only disgusting but it also made me sick nauseous sick
