Just buy it!I got this as birthday gifts for a 15 yr old granddaughter and a 66 yr old best friend. That just goes to show you that age has nothing to do with who loves luxurious comfort. I was shocked when my 15yr old granddaughter (she got white) was thrilled by her gift and said I couldn’t have found anything any better. (What kid wants a blanket? lol) This blanket isn’t just any old blanket. It is an extension of you. It will go wherever you go, guaranteed.So, I just had lumbar spinal fusion surgery, which is THE WORST surgery you can have. I ordered the dark gray for myself before surgery. This blanket has saved my life. I have been covered in it since day one. It is healing, in that you can run your hand over textured side and it promotes emotional healing. It feels exactly like rabbit fur. It is weighted perfectly. I have the throw and it is the perfect size. It doesn’t shed at all and if it smells bad, I haven’t noticed! I’ve been feeling pretty bad and this just helps me feel better. It is top quality and you can’t beat it. It is the best gift I have ever given, to friends and family members, and to myself! Luxurious and soft beautiful throw blanket. A bit pricy but worth it to make your room have that elegant look and feel! Size is great, I feel like it’s even bigger than a regular sized throw. My 10yr old uses it as a regular blanket since it covers him up completely & he loves the feel of it. No shedding and lint doesn’t stick to it so i rarely have to clean or wipe it off when my animals decide to make their bed with it. A lot thicker than I thought it would be which is nice, and you can tell it’s well made, durable & double layered material. Would definitely recommend and I will be buying another for my room for sure!

I love everything about this blanket: the minx color, the quality feel of the ribbing, the heft of the fabric...this is absolutely something that looks more expensive than it was (and it wasn't a budget item to start with), and feels luxurious. Would make a beautiful gift, and it's even just pretty on display.I love the softness and the warmth and the aesthetic (especially the color, which isn't common), but it's real strength to me is its weight. It's nice and heavy, it feels soothing like a strong hug or being held in a cocoon.

This faux fur blanket is incredible! It’s unbelievably soft and warm, and it instantly makes my couch (and my naps) feel super cozy and luxurious. Very nice and soft blanket, pretty heavy, good for fall or winter.

When I bought it, I thought it was a heated throw since that was what I was searching, however, I am not sure whether that is Amazon’s fault or the seller’s. It is a common issue in search results and it is my fault for not looking more closely before ordering. When I got it, I ended up deciding to keep it anyway since I liked it. It is a pretty heavy throw blanket and the fabric feels luxurious. It washes and dries well. In fact, it feels like it did when it was brand new in spite of it being washed/dried. Sometimes faux fur gets gnarly in the dryer. My one gripe, and tbh, it’s fairly substantial is that the top and bottom layers aren’t tacked together. So except for the stitching around the edges that hold the pieces together, there is nothing that keeps the top and bottom from slipping and sliding around. It is like a huge unstuffed pillow made of heavy fabric. It is warm, cozy and pretty, though!
