These are large tablets but easy to swallow , i did break on in half but wasnt easy to swalliw so now i take hole no bother

Only just started taking the capsules as I was finishing off another brand with less sea moss in. So far so good, no issues with taking or repeating/regurgitating. Appears to be good value for money. Will have to do another review in a couple of months to see if that is the case…
