Unlike other pain relief patches I've tried this.one actually stayed in place all night. It can be used on more than knees and I used mine on my ankle. It's been sore for days. I put it on before going to bed and it was still there in the morning.

The work but they smell strongly like wet potting soil dirt. In my humble opinion.
