Customer agents should priorities our plight as consumers
The gimble is working just fine and I am getting my hands accustomed to the device, maybe a little drawback being that maybe since this was a replacement of the original Device which got lost whilst intransit, I did not get the protective bag and the colour coded filters and the hand strap as was on the original piece that I had bought.Otherwise it is well. Improvements should be on deliveries to avoid unnecessary delays.
