Update :- I started using Oziva protein and herbs from April 2020, I loved the taste and effect it had on my body till now.. Last month i bought the new pack.. and quality has gone down .. They changed the packaging and lowered the quality too.. Really disappointed 😞 I purchased 500gm pack . It tastes good and i don't feel hungry for 3-4 hours. I usually prefer protein shake post workout. Nice product. Ll update the results in 2 months..

Didn’t suit me
Since the package suggests that we need to take 1 scoop, the first time I had this I did take that much quantity and immediately I started feeling pukish. The feeling didn’t go away until many hours. The odour is so strong, it’s just bad. There onwards I am just taking a spoon each day to get the pack empty as soon as possible because I don’t want to waste food. I can’t say if it has had a good effect on me because the bad effect of odour and taste supersedes everything else. Took this to meet my protein requirements postpartum but mamalyf lactafit is a better option as compared to this.

Good packaging, taste could have been better
The container comes with a seal and the powder is in the airtight package, as seen in the photo. It's a very fine powder, as seen in other review pictures I added 250-300ml water for 1 scoop. It was bit watery and taste was very okish. As per the instructions, 200ml is good. Talking about the results, I can only review after few days. I bought this as it claims of having 5.5 BCAA and many more ayurvedic properties good for women. Compared with other suppliments - Oziva has 1. Vitamins & Minerals 2. Same amt - Protein 23g ( others has upto 25g) & BCAA 5.5mg (others has upto 5mg) 3. Herbal medicines like Guduchi, Shatavari, Flaxseed, Tulsi, Green Tea, Curcumin, Cinnamon 4. Cold pressed Whey is something new to me. I understand cold pressed maintains the true value of the product because it is never exposed to the heating in whole process. Looking forward to see the results. 5. Other may contain Soy, which many people don't prefer. This one is Soy free. The couple of cons I came accross is 1. Taste could have been better 2. Stevia is not my choice ( as a natural sugar).

About the price of product
It is very happy for me to share about this excellent product. This is very proteinicious. I love the product. Purchased just 6 days ago. I feel very uncomfortable with the price, I consider it to be less than 30$ because it is about 1450/- Rs in India, but in US it is too much nearly 3 .5 times the price.
