If v need thicker mattress were can v order from?

This product is a non-standard size. So, i do not know where you can order mattress for this. It is slightly narrower and longer than the usual products sold by the competition. I will not recommend this item as a replacement for a fullsized crib. It works excellent for travel and short-term use. It is easier to carry than other pack n'play sets we have.

Need to know how to lock the sides?

To assemble the Playpen, push downwards the raised sides by pressing the centre of the four sides downwards until a click sound is heard. After that you need to push down the raised playpen bed centre to stabilize and fix. For any further queries please contact our technical help at 08584923092.
