My Personal Experience (Its in 2010's) is After a month of Taking Early in Morning Before Breakfast Skin Rashes have started diluting on my feet & Since it removes All heavy metals from body felt Alive & Energetic Through out day. I am so happy with this purchase. I don't eat the healthiest and need a product that helps provide my body with the nutrients it needs. I don't like pill form supplements because often times they are filled with fillers, that once finally digested, there is little to no nutritional value. Wheat grass offers so many benefits and I've heard it over and over again. it's so good for our body. It helps to alkalize the body, because cancer thrives in an acidic atmosphere and cannot survive in a well alkalized body, it gives her increased energy, focus, and all around just makes you feel better. If you've never had any form of protein powder or powder form greens, this may be a bit hard for you to get used to. It's gritty and I'm not going to lie, it tastes like grass. It is so worth it though because of the benefits it offers the body. For me, mixing it with 8 ounces of water is just too painstaking. I usually mix it with 2 ounces of water and chug away. I've been taking it for 7 days now and I can honestly say that I have more energy than I have in a long time. I'm normally very lethargic, lack motivation, have no desire to work out, etc. I wasn't sure if it was working or not until I forgot to take it one day and I couldn't believe how I felt. I was back to my sluggish self. Every morning, while I am waiting for my coffee to brew, I mix it up and chug it down. I have found that I drink far less coffee now that I did before I started taking it. Most days now I can barely finish one cup of coffee. In the last 2 days, I've biked and walked over 10 miles. I haven't walked 10 miles in the last 3 months combined. It's a great start to the day. I love the fact that it's Organic. With so many products on the market these days, it is important to know what we are putting into our bodies. I highly recommend this for anyone and everyone. It contains essential vitamins and minerals the body needs and it keeps the body alkalized. For an added boost, mix it with alkaline water instead of regular water.

I have used 24 Mantra organic wheatgrass powder before. And as compared to that, this is definitely more drinkable coz it is not as sour as the old one. But same goes for benefits as I used to have stronger effects in terms of the overall good feelings and the clarity and the alkalinity that I can sense as compared to the other brand. Sorry I do not have any technical comparison. It is good product all in all. Good for starters as my friend has not been able to even taste the 24 Mantra wheatgrass for once. I have grown to that clearly sour taste, like spinach with some cabbage. So I will prefer the other brand for now.

Ordered on 14 th May . Delivered 20th May to Trivandrum. Excellent Packing. I first started using Girme since 2 months. Liked it so decided to order in bulk to save money. It's a March 2017 batch product. Expires in one year. One bottle lasts for one month if you take it once daily. As far as I understand, Girme makes the wheatgrass themselves instead of sourcing it from other farmers. Easily soluble when mixed with hot water. Pretty much tasteless but you can feel the spurt in energy when you regularly drink this. Excellent for constipation piles and if you're convalescing from a major disease. Highly recommended !

Wheat grass, one solution for many health issues. The Girme's one is no exception.The Wheat grass is of great quality, packaging was good, powder was fresh. I was little bit skeptical about the freshness of the powder but it was good. PS : Add it to your daily routine, don't look at it like a medicine, that you stop using it once you fell good. Keep consuming it and stay healthy.

I was looking for wheatgrass powder online and found this company on Amazon. The best thing is it’s organic and taste exactly like fresh wheatgrass. It’s always better to opt for fresh wheatgrass but since I don’t have time I opted for powdered wheatgrass. I bought this as remedy to hair fall and to improve my skin, which was seen after a consumption of whole bottle. I consume it once a day with amla and aloe Vera juice. I definitely recommend this wheatgrass to everyone.
