Without a doubt a life-changer for my wife who suffers from foot drop following nerve damage to her spine (L5). This has meant she can now walk with confidence - 2-3 miles a day in our local forest. However, we improved the brace by fitting a thin metal bar which we threaded through the bottom two eyelets of her walking boots. With this in position, the brace clips onto the bar (made from an old but extra large heavy-duty paper clip) and the attachment to her ankle is now steady and without movement once adjusted. If you attach the brace to the bootlaces as suggested by the makers, it tightens the shoelaces but tends to lose the tension between the brace and the laces. Having said all that, this is a great piece of kit and marvellous value for money.

I ordered the foot brace for my husband but when it arrived it was faulty. We couldn’t pull the knob up to release the wires. We could already see that, if working, it could be a very good thing for his foot drop so I returned the faulty one and re-ordered. This time it has worked perfectly and after only one day he is walking with more confidence and balance. It is early days but we think this foot brace can be a great asset.

BETTER THAN THOSE CLUMSY HARD PLASTIC THING THE PHYSIO GIVE ME IN THE HOSPITAL. IF YOU HAVE FOOT DROP GET THIS NOW!! COMFY LIGHT AND YOU'LL BE WALKING BETTER THE MINUTE YOU HAVE IT ON;-)

I would have given this 5 stars if it hadn’t of ben for the durabilityI wore this for 5 weeks and it is brilliant if you have drop foot, it stopped me tripping upUnfortunately one of the runners fo the cable came apart from the srap making it unusableIt was one week after the date for returns so I had to buy another one

Only had it for less than a day. After I enquired about one of the instructions about fitting everything seems ok. I certainly feel more stable walking, which is my main concern.

It’s been really good and no complaints at all I’ve not tripped and fallen since I bought this. Will definitely buy again in the future

Surprisingly effective and unobtrusive. Unlike some supports, which go under the foot and are almost impossible to get inside a shoe, this pulls the foot up from above. If the shoe is supportive, that's all the boxes ticked. If wearing trousers, you have to look hard to notice anything.At first, I was a bit baffled by the written instructions for the button, which say "up and down". I think "in and out" better explains the action. The fact that it can be loosened or tightened is also an asset. I'll be interested to see how durable it's, but for the moment, I'd say it's an inexpensive and practical piece of Chinese kit.

Having used the previous version of this brace I decided to purchase this new model. The quality of materials are exceptional & the whole device is more discrete. The Velcro securing the brace around the ankle is of better quality & the broad securing strap ensures the brace stays firmly in place. The new hook design means the brace stays secure & adjustment is simple.I have previously used more expensive braces but this one is better than many of the more expensive brands & I would definitely recommend this device as great value for money

Después de sopesar varias opciones, me decidí por este modelo y la verdad es que no puedo estar más que satisfecho, pues ha sido un gran acierto. Es muy fácil de poner y quitar, llevo un mes usándolo y la mejoría es notable. Su sistema de gancho hace que pueda usarse con zapatos destapados (se agradece en verano) mediante sujeción de velcro y el cable de ajuste resulta más fiable que otras opciones, pues se puede tensar a gusto. Cómodo y eficaz. MUY RECOMENDABLE:

Ayant un steppage au pied gauche depuis mes 15 ans ( j en ai 45 ), j ai eu divers releveurs .le premier était en plastique et pas pratique car mal a la plante du pied et formation de cors .puis le releveur liberté a lanière que je porte le plus mais pied pas complètent relevé a cause des lacets et le releveur liberté a crochets est pas pratique car les crochets ne reste t pas fixés longtemps surtout si vous faites du sport. J ai acheté ce releveur que amazon, j étais septique sur le mécanisme et les fils métal pensant que les lanières élastiques sont mieux mais très très surpris car il tient bien le pied , le scratch autour du pied est confortable et le mécanisme permet de serrer comme il faut et le crochet a fixer est épais donc facile d attraper plusieurs lacets .depuis que je l ai acheté je le porte et on ne voit pas mon steppage . Alors je suis très content, j espère de tout coeur qu il tiendra longtemps . Très bon rapport qualité prix .

Das beste was es gibt für mich, leider hält der Klettverschluss nur ca. 1 Jahr +/- 3 Monate, der Dreh Verschluss zum Spannen hält gut nur bei den Führungen löst sich nach 4-5 Monaten die Naht auf, das beeinflusst bedingt die Funktion wenn sich die Nähte komplett aufgelöst haben drücken die Führungen den Dreh Verschluss auf und es ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Ich würde mir wünschen das die Nähte der Führungsschienen verstärkt werden in Zukunft.
