Width of the item is not what is mentioned...

Width of the jaali mentioned is 4 inch but in actual it is not 4 inch it is around 3 inch ...this is a major design flaw or I have received a damaged piece. Manufacturer please respond

Concept of the product is good.The plastic supports seem to be fragile and do not know the fate if broken. Should revise the design in accordance to your 150x150 drain
