Non posso valutare l'efficacia poichè utilizzato solo un giorno ma mi interessava un integratore con 10000mg al giorno di collagene e mi è sembrato ottimo, sia per l'affidabilità del brand sia per il costo. Volevo sostituire le polveri da diluire per il sapore sgradevole, quindi, per ora, super soddisfatta 😊
