This is my second time buying this exact Jet Spray/Health Faucet. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The pros speak for themself as Kohler really make reliable products. My first Jet Spray lasted 2 years and 6 months. I live in a marshy/khadi area so usually other brands last a maximum of 1 year if I'm lucky. But this Kohler lasted for double that time and only got replaced because it slipped from my hand and fell to the ground causing the button to break. Overall all parts are reliable and very good quality, I've only replaced the Jet Spray as the pipes and everything else are still going very strong from my last time I purchased the Jet Spray and the pressure has been a consistent 7/10. I've had Jet Spray where the force coming out from them could clean a car but this just does the job properly all while filtering the water that comes from the spray. Make sure to open it once every 6 months as you'll notice a lot of tiny stones and dirt in the Jet sprays filter and the pipes filter. My only reason for 4 stars is because of the after sale service. The "engineers" as Kohler refers to them are an absolute joke to say the least. 99% of the time everything is either "okay" or "broken" and the recent one who visited me didn't even know that these Jet Sprays have a 3 year warranty and not 2 like he was arguing with me. After showing him on the Amazon website that it clearly says 3 he finally shut his mouth and I decided to buy it again from Amazon for ₹1,125. In fact the engineer was telling me not to buy it from Amazon and to get it directly from Kohler as he would give me a personal discount as well as a Kohler website discount. Thee best part how much would it comes to with his and Kohlers special discount.... ₹1,100! I immediately told him to leave and purchased it from Amazon as soon as he left and got it delivered in 2 days. If you want a reliable and affordable Jet Spray then look no further than this one as it really is top tier and Kudos to Kohler for making such a reliable product.

It has 10 year warranty!!! Imagine the confidence the company has on their products. 10 year warranty on a 1000 rupee product!!! Hats off to Kohler. Guys I used to let my plumber by the faucets earlier and every bathroom had a different one. They always started dripping after few months. I was fed up and thought I will look at some better ones. You can find really expensive ones also but I saw this one from Kohler and thought I will try it. This is so sturdy and well built, assembly by hand is enough , no need for even tightening with any wrench. It also has a filter in the pipe nut so that the dirt doesn't reach the faucet! Really well designed. Now all faucets in my house are this one. I can promise you this will be the last faucet you will buy. This thing will never need to be replaced. Better than buying cheaper ones and replacing every year or dealing with the dripping water. Also this is easy to clean. It's not heavy as the steel ones so even if you drop it, it will not damage tiles. Also the button is textured and designed so that you can control pressure very easily and not get your butt blasted! I have used other still one with brass construction which look nice but they have no control, it's just full open or close. Look no further.

I am very happy with the product. The water pressure is very high particularly in my tower and it perfectly withheld that pressure. I had tried other local as well as branded ones and there was always a room for leakage. The best part is that it comes will all the accessories, wall fixture unit, screws and even the rubber washer for tightening the bolt to the angle cork. Kohler truly lives to its name.

Second one for another bathroom after another that has lasted for 3+ years going strong, which the ones with the flimsy chrome-plated plastic handles never did. This is simply a better quality product: the button is ergonomically placed and has a good textured grip and tactile feel, and the spray holes make good use of water pressure. Was packaged well and easy to install myself. Only thing worth noting is that the Kohler branding on both units is different from what is shown in the image (i.e., on the other side).
