A. I received this product with a basic not a standard packaging covered with normal transparent wide cello tape, which was not properly sealed…..found not a company sealed packed system. I doubt that I have received a used faulty product. B. While playing, I’ve found nos. of faults in the system, which are listed as below; a. It automatically got disconnected off & then automatically on after some time frequently most of the time in a day, while playing. It’s totally frustrating & irritating. b. Sometimes I found abnormal high buzz sounds in the woofer frequently & that time no song sound came through the system, only a high buzzzz sound from the woofer. And sometimes I found distortion too in the woofer while playing the song sound. c. Sometimes volume was increased automatically without any human intervention. d. Sometimes I noticed disconnecting issues while increasing or decreasing the volume via remote. e. While playing on Bluetooth mode to TV, I found delay in sound & picture, not sync. Setted the delay settings in TV to sync both but didn’t succeed. f. I have tried by changing my HDMI cable to a new one but the problem is as it is even replaced with new HDMI high speed ethernet 2.1 cable, no change even in Bluetooth or HDMI mode. C. I lodged a complaint to Amazon & she told me to lodge a complaint directly to MIVI and then MIVI OEM will return / replace the system, while I've taken it from the amazon and they are helpless to help me. D. I bought the first time MIVI system by reading the good reviews about the system but unfortunately It didn’t work for me. E. I am totally frustrated / irritated with this purchase and want my money back or replacement immediately.

I ordered this product in great Indian festival. Product not bad but i observed optical fiber input having an issue ie delivering very low sound and bass drop and some times sterio speaker hangout while connecting to Optical fiber. But connect to coaxile it gives better sound experience. And this is not giving 5.1 experience because voice also comes in sterio speakers. But in 8000/- it worthable other wise don't buy.

There is no doubt that the sound is not good. The sound is good, but their service is not good at all. I have put it for return. I have received defective fee and these people are not responding.

I have purchased 2months ago. Very Bad experience for this product. After 2 to 3days using lot of disconnections on Bluetooth and HDMI cable. I have tried all the ways but not working. I have raised ticket to customer care no one respond 2weeks. After 2 weeks they respond and checked there is a Mother Board issue detected on this product. This is very bad because this is new product and it is getting mother Board issue. I have enquired all the product for this Brand getting faced Mother Board issues. This is very bad experience for this product. I have loss my money for this product.
