Overall a nice mindful gift for women. Cards and box are of good quality. Designs are boho style and colourful - looks good on a little card holder stand. I like the Midnfulness tips on the back as well, definitely useful for staying more present in this mad world we live in sometimes :/ Would recommend :)

I use these cards regularly with a group of teenagers. On one side they have motivational quotes, great as conversation starters. And on the other side they have a mindfulness activity/recommendation. Can be from breathing exercises to a nature walk or establishing better sleep routines. I bought these as a little pick me up as they are positive affirmations cards of really good quality. Me and my partner play with them as if they are tarot cards and he reads 5 random cards to me to motivate me for my day. It's a cute little ritual and it always makes us laugh. Definitely worth it for less than a fiver!

These are an absolutely lovely idea. I am all for a positive affirmation and a quote or a saying that helps jazz up your mood and inspire and motivate you to get on with your day and be amazing! The quality is decent enough as well. Lots of use of pastels, which I’m a bit allergic to because I like primary colours. I feel like just because I’m a girl I didn’t mean to say that I like all pastels…… Anyway. There are some really good quotes in here that will speak to you. I would say about a quarter of them were good for me. There are quite a lot of vanilla quotes in there from people who I’m not that mad keen on like Meghan Markle for example. I feel like these might appeal to a young age bracket. I’m 49. But still a female boss! On the flipside of these cards, they have a nice meditation reminder, and mindfulness tip, maybe about your breath, taking a pause et cetera. So overall, I think these are a really lovely thing to give to a young woman in your life just to help inspire her.
