I bought this carpet cleaner at a very fair price in Amazon's sale. My main vacuum cleaner is a VAX and I like this brand so was confident it was a good buy. There are lots of different accessories which can be a little overwhelming initially but the cleaner proved very easy to put together. It came with a bottle of shampoo which lasted well. I managed to shampoo three carpets (living room/hall & bedroom) and there was still a good amount of shampoo left. All of these carpets were the same beige/fawn colour so were all light in colour. The cleaner refreshed and brightened up all of these carpets nicely. In addition, it did not leave my carpets sopping wet. The carpets dried out quite quickly. The general cleaner did not remove a stain on my living room carpet caused by my dog being sick so I will need to try the spot cleaner on that. Overall I was impressed at how easy and efficient this cleaner was to use and I ma happy to recommend it to others.

Does a great job shampooing carpets, easy to use. Follow the instructions (ie remember to fill the main chamber with water, as well as filling small chamber with vax shampoo). Works similarly to a vacuum cleaner. Has a hose attachment that can be used on stairs. Brings up pale carpets so that they look good as new. Great buy when on offer. It can leak slightly when emptied & then placed horizontally in a car boot, take towels with you.

Replaced my swan dirt master with this beast of a cleaner. The tanks are quite big which is great because I don’t need to refill/empty as often but yes it means that it becomes heavy. However, don’t let a bit of weight put you off buying one. My carpet was dry within 30 minutes max (so you can imagine the suction power on this thing!) which was even better as i didn’t have wet feet all day or patches that take too long to dry and end up a bit damp. On the other hand, having the shampoo dispense automatically is a game changer! No more over shampooing and finding out that you have more soap than carpet and you get the selection of a quick clean or deep clean. It is bulky but it’s 100% well worth small inconveniences for clean, dry carpets.

Overall happy with this product. It clearly collects a lot of dirt in the container which I am happy with! Easy to hanlde when using it and very sturdy ( which is a plus). But not light to carry up and down the stairs. The non-steam vacum setting is also a plus, as you don't have to switch between products when needing to clear the carpets. A downside for me is that it's not removing all the stains from the carpet for example . You can tell that fabric had a glow up, but you can also pick up details that where not removed completly (hence the 4 start review). I've used the handle tool to bruch the carpet more thouroughly; it might have helped with the stains though it left a white mark on the carpet where the plastic leap of the vacum was pressed againt the carpet. So it probably needs more genlte handling!

This was really easy to use, not over heavy .I bought it my grandsons room as he is quite messy and it worked a treat the carpet came up really well. My daughter borrowed it and used it on her stair carpet she also said it was very good and it dries quickly as well.

Good value for money at £139. I have an elderly dog who sometimes has accidents and it brought the carpet and rugs up beautifully. Other carpet cleaners I’ve had have been hard to clean afterwards, trying to get dog hair out of the front suction part especially difficult. But with this model it easily comes apart so you can get the hair and dirt. You can literally run each part under the tap and it’s done. So much easier.

As embarrassed as I am sharing a photo of the water/dirt that came out from using this machine (in only my hall!) I wanted to share as it was incredibly satisfying to see that it was actually cleaning the carpet! I also tried to upload a photo of the difference it made to the carpet pile in the hall compared to my living room which I hadn’t yet done. As someone with long hair and also two cats the pile had got flattened and matted. This machine not only cleaned but it got rid off all the hair with ease without even clogging up the machine. It really brought the carpet back to life. The machine is quite loud (so put any pets that might be scared away from it in a separate room) but it is easy to use and manoeuvre, it has a bit of weight to it but it doesn’t make it difficult to use. I’ve not yet used any of the accessories but the machine seems powerful and really did the job with a large water tank so no need to keep filling. After using the machine, it was easy to take apart and clean. Although keep in mind it is quite large if you’re short on storage or cupboard space. I highly recommend! Not sure why I didn’t get one sooner!

Brilliant machine! My current Bissell one is nearly 10 yrs old, so I needed an upgrade.... On the first use, I was absolutely stunned by the amount of dirt and pet hair it pulled out of a fairly thin, but well used rug on a Deep Clean, bearing in mind this particular rug is hoovered daily and washed every couple of months at least! Ill be doing every room of my house on a regular basis with this now. If you have pets, I highly recommend this! Yep it is heavy when the water tanks are full, but it does hold a lot of water, so it's to be expected. You don't have to fill the whole tank of course, if it's too heavy for you. It is quite a chunky machine, so you'll need a decent space to keep it, bigger than you're average upright vacuum. Fairly loud, but again what to expect, given the job it's doing. Easy to empty out, clean out and refill. Not sure how you can access the tubes and hoses to clean those, I haven't ventured into that yet.

Auf der Bestellung stand auch eindeutig, dass die Lieferung nach Deutschland geht – trotzdem wurde kein Adapter für deutsche Steckdosen mitgeschickt. Sehr ärgerlich, da man das Gerät so nicht direkt nutzen kann. Bei einer Lieferung nach Deutschland sollte ein passender Adapter selbstverständlich dabei sein. 🤷🏼🤔
