I have tried many sanitary pads, but Stayfree Dry Max All Night XXL is the best for heavy flow. It gives excellent protection, stays dry. I even used it during postpartum bleeding after my baby's delivery, and it worked really well compare to other pad. I highly recommend it for anyone with a heavy flow.

Pad should have been thick. Daybyday it's thickness is getting reduced.would recommend the brand but should have improved a bit with thickness.
