Gum tastes pretty good. You feel an energy burst pretty quick. Flavor doesn't last too long, but the pick-up from the gum does. I've bought several flavors. They all are decent. I think the red it's pretty good if you like cinnamon. Blue one isn't bad, nor is the green. Give it a shot if you've been looking to get a noticeable, fast increase in alertness and energy. I'd suggest no more than 2 pieces at a time.

I used this product for a replacement for energy drinks. The effects aren't noticeable at first but can last for a while. Perfect for studying and working

I normally get the mre caffeine gum. I didn't do the math but these might be a better deal. More affordable anyway and the flavor lasts much better. Good 👍
