Vortex shaker
The shaker worked great for couple weeks and then it just stooped working. Protein gets stuck between the rubber ring of the protein cup, which is fairly difficult to remove. The quality of the shaker is not great and sometimes it leaks when you clean the stuck protein on the rubber ring and put it back. I couldn't find any info in the warranty from the seller. I would recoomend buying a different bottle.

I love this! Works great just wish they made a 20 oz one. For people that use more protein, but mixes my shake pretty good & It says you can detach the bottom but I haven't been able it's really stuck on there.

Expensive for the quality
At first, it was working like a charm. The problem was that the clips/slits for the lid cracked and the lid became loose. Even though it still works, now I have to hold the lid down so it wont spill. A new design should be more durable for these cases. Other than that it did the purpose, noting that I only used with protein powder.

Worked great for about 2 months then would no longer hold a charge so I ended up throwing it away

Love it!
I really love this cup. It mixes my protein powder with milk extremely well. It is super easy to clean and the bottom (motor) twists right off and same as the lid. I've used this about 4 times and not one leak. You may want to shake the cup after adding your ingredients if you add the powder first then turn it on. Also this doesn't chop ice or fruit. I think if you are just using soft (yogurt or peanut butter) milk or water and powder this will work great for you. Overall this is great and I really love it.

Customer service was good about returning now it broke again and I’m over it
Like the cup but it broke again for the 2nd time in the last 3months just by only using broths.

Great for traveling and mixing on the go.
I love this shaker bottle. It is great for traveling and mixing on the go. Just make sure you close the lid properly and do not overfill it because the water will drip out. I use it to make my keto coffee in the morning and my pre-workout drink.
