Great for travel and everyday use
I’ve used this bag a ton already and it’s held up really well. Took it to Jamaica, used it on a few work trips, and now I use it about 3 times a week to bring clothes to the gym after PT. It fits more than you think and I like how everything stays organized instead of just being one big dump space. The clamshell opening makes it easy to pack and find stuff without digging around. It’s comfortable to carry even when it’s full, and the material feels durable but not stiff. Only thing I noticed was a slight plastic smell when I first opened it, but that went away pretty quick. Overall I’d definitely buy it again—it’s become my go-to bag.

Sloppy Order Fulfillment for a Pricy Backpack
So disappointed to receive the wrong colour when it was clearly indicated on my order that it was the blue backpack that I was to receive. Instead I received a black one. It was to be a birthday gift, and now I don’t feel confident that if I reordered the same bag and colour, that I would get the correct item. This was an expensive backpack and more care should have been taken in fulfilling this order.
