Depends on your need for what purpose you are purchasing, be a judge yourself depending on your needs. I was looking for a clearer picture to get an idea of the needles. The package delivered was in a satisfactory condition and pack was sealed.Most Important Tip: Disinfect it with a solution of Dettol before and after use by dipping in the solution for 30 minutes to avoid any kind of infection on your skin.

This roller is very easy to use. You can use the roller up to three times a week. I disinfect it with rubbing alcohol before and after using it. It does cause a minor needle-like sensation while rolling. It is definitely not bad. The needles are not long enough to cause any bleeding, but my face is definitely red after using the roller. The day after you use this your skin will be glowing. I have definitely noticed a reduction in the size of my pores. Use after washing your face, then follow up with your favorite serum and moisturizer. Will be purchasing replacement heads when the time comes. Love it!

Dermaroller is probably most effective solution for scars ,enlarged pores .This product resonably priced and works good enough .One needs to be careful while using a dermaroller at homeA) Choose the right size of needle .For pores a .5mm roller is good enough while for slightly deep acne scars or pits , go for 1.5 mm.Do not try bigger size at home .B) .5 mm can be used more frequently .You can use it after a week if your skin is healed but space a month for 1 .5 mm and keep patience .It will give results as collgen production takes time .Never overdo it .C ) Needles should be properly sterlized before and after use .I use medicated alcohal commonly called ciprit available in all medical stores .Dip rollers in it fr some time and then let them dry before use .Make sure needles dont get pressed or damaged .D) Clean your face and hands properly before using dermaroller .E ) Dermaroll on face gently avoiding too much pressure or friction to avoid scarring .F) Dermaroll vertically ,horizontally,and diagonally 5 times each .Do not over do.G) For effective results make sure your skin is tight and stretched so that tiny holes are made by roller evenly .H) Most companies sell very high serums making you believe that its the serum that heal your scars but actually its your body/skin's self healing mechanism post injury that increases collagen and heals scars not any costly serum .DO NOT OVERSPEND !! Leaving skin without a serum will work as wellSOME IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS Avoid using anything irritating or harsh for a day including soap .Prefer using it in evening to avoid immediate exposure to Sun. NEVER use it on skin with active acne/skin infection or on irritated skin.NEVER use it on raised scars .They already have excess collagen .NEVER share your dermaroller with anyone .Your skin may burn slightly , peel or get red after the treatment .Do not worry !! Results in the long run are worth the discomfort .

I bought this on the advice of my dermatologist. The specifications were correct but the product quality is weak and the roller doesn't actually do anything when used. It's not useful, in the end.

1. Image of the product is totally different with the product which i received.2. Plastic shaft of the product is sticky, (in my experience this happens when plastic is in air with no cover and that is the case with this product) there is NO cover. No idea which corner of the shop vendor had kept it, NOT at all hygienic.3. I am not using this at all because by the look and feel of this product "it's a used product" and is extremely risk to even touch.4. There is no refund or return of this product which is fine,its a loss however, vendor must not cheat their buyers5. If you are reading this review,, my recommendation will be look for another brand/vendor. I bought this to use on scalp but with this quality it's in my garbage already.

I would say I am still in the process of utilizing it...bt yes I have used derma rollers before of different needle length of 0.75 mm and this one is 1.5 mmOver the period u will results,for the time being ..from previous derma roller 0.75 mm I had seen that yes 5 to 10 percent it did change my skin texture,and I wanted to try a new needle length cause I have heard that it gives more better resultYou need to be consistent ,its not a magic,atleast 1 year or min 6 mnths consistent use to see some visible differenceIf you have heavy scars ,then I think you need other procedures too to correct them if you really want to correct things about it

Baal really me aate hai but aapko regularly use krna hoga..I'll suggest ki head save kra lo tb use kro dubara jab baal aayenge to hair line improve rhegi..Or kuch logo ke hair fall danruff or sar me gandagi se v hoti h that's why consuder head save..Aage aapki marji

I use derma roller for my face, neck, receding hairline, and on head. It takes time to show the result so be patient and continue process for atlesat 4 months. I am seeing results on my face and on my head. Which are negligible but I think it is doing its work. I use derma roller with minoxidil and for face with collagen booster, serum and moisturizer. Do not forget sunscreen at all.
