Actually works.
Best and really work. Initially I have taken 600mg per day (300*2) had some pain in throats, found ALA has some effect on thyroid and also I seen drastic drop in Blood pressure and blood sugar. So I kindly recommend take 100mg or 200mg per day for adult from my personal experience. And I strongly recommend to take food after taking supplement in empty stomach especially morning.
