I used this garment for post liposuction on my arms and axillary areas. It provided an appropriate amount of compression and was comfortable enough to make me crazy over the 30 day I had to wear it. (I bought 3) I also purchased a couple of the $125 Marena ones like this but they are a bit like a crop top and I hated them. I hate that I wasted the money on the "medical" version of this garment when this one worked so well. It was also easy to wash on cold on the gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Highly recommend. I wear a 38C bra and purchased 2 of the 2xl size and one of the xl ones. That worked perfectly for my needs. I wore the tightest one directly after surgery and then would sleep in the larger one while washing the smaller one. In the end I just wore the 2xl one all of the time and I was comfortable. Save your money and don't pay more for the fancy medical version sold by Marena. This is better.

This smooths everything out nicely. The compression is perfect- tight but not restrictive. I have worn many compression garments and this is one of my favorites. It’s long enough to cover the tummy while leaving the nether regions uncovered for ease of bathroom use. The only thing that would make it better is if it was more scooped around the shoulders so you can wear it with more types of shirts without it showing.

I had lipo on my back and bra roll. I needed additional garments so I could wash one garment while wearing the other. I like this one because the hooks have adjustable size and it is easy to put on. The size was right for my shape. It provides the right amount of compression for lipo. It has 2 boning strips on the back to add support and support for the girls. I liked it so much I bought 3.

Great compression. But sooooooo many clasps. I had arm and back lipo and wanted to buy extra compression options for recovery. The material is thick and feels like it will last. I could not imagine wearing this in the first few days because it would pull too much and take too much effort to put on and take off. It’s working out okay for my 2nd week+ where I just appreciate the extra support on my skin as I move around and get back into my normal routine I probably am a size 8 in women’s, 36D. medium fits fine. The amount of clasps necessary to close it is a terrible design flaw. The thickness of the material could cause overheating if you don’t have good AC in the summer or if you run hot. It doesn’t really breathe

This shaper cut into my arms and I felt like I couldn't breathe. Only good for cold weather because you will feel hot. Very hot. Maybe a smaller person can wear but what's the point then? I got an XL. Did not work for me too tight and uncomfortable.

Following their guidelines on there product information this was way too small. It looks to be made out of really good quality. But it runs small had to send it back.
