Extremely disappointed, Damaged Instrument delivered !
I have used the Diamond Mercury Sphygmomanometer since last 3 or more decades, it is a flawless instrument. But on this recent purchase, I am Extremely Disappointed to realise the product was badly damaged. I had not opened the sealed packet till 10 days of receiving, my fault. Recently when I opened it, it was badly damaged on the inside, all mercury leaked, glass column broken and panel out of place. Even the outside metal case is badly dented. My grievance is not about the company or the instrument, its is about the badly damaged product delivered.
