My earlier Preethi blue leaf served me faithfully, without a single defect, for FOURTEEN YEARS! only two weeks ago smoke started coming out of the motor, so I bought this, hope this machine's performance will be the same as that of the earlier one.Well done, Preethi!As usual, delivered in perfect condition by amazon.Thank you.I would like to say that the second piece I ordered in May 2024 is just the opposite of what I ordered 14 years ago. After two months the biggest jar's blade stopped rotating. Yesterday, after 13 months, the motor has stopped working. Preethi's quality control must pull up their socks. disappointed.

Very pathetic performance. Providing this review after 9 months of usage This brand was really good at a time but their latest product is of really bad quality. Performance of motor is bad. Jars are bad. Doesnot grind properly, Grinding idli dosa batter is a nightmare. Please do not buy this product even if they give at 50% price. Initially we put complaint as it was not grinding properly ginger garlic was not getting crushed and pieces were left behind, their technician came and he changed the fans of jars stating that it's a known issue from company side but still the problem is solved just 80%

Mixer grinder is value for money, it is cheaper, working fine. Quality of components is as per the price. Small chutney jar coupler failed after 6 months. Customer service is pathetic, no support from Amazon either.

Preethi mixer blue leaf diamond MG214
I bought this product from Amazon and found the small Jar is not fixing it properly on the mixer. It is very tight and I must push it very hard to place the jar. I discovered this defect when I tried to use first time today. Therefore, I have decided to return the mixer to Amazon.
