JUNKYARD 1800W Hot Air Heat Gun for Domestic and Industrial use (Color: Yellow)

Really good

Worked as expected. Has two settings, low and high. It comes with an extra metal piece to put on the tip to focus the airflow. The piece might fall off but worked pretty well. I couldn't measure the peak air temperature but it was able to boil water with the high setting and I could easily melt acrylic after just 2 minutes on the high setting. It has a mostly plastic build which is concerning when use for more than an hour continously cause the plastic might melt but it is highly unlikely if proper precautions are taken. Overall, for the price of 799 INR it is more than adequate for basic jobs. Would definitely recommend.

A first day review, found great on heat shrinks.The heating action by the gun is nice and works well. Does the required job.Body of the gun is strong.Note it doesn't come in a box, but comes in a plastic seal bag along with a extension cone. There are two levels of heat. So far the gun is working great. Satisfied with this product.

Product ok, not bad, but packing notgood. Very poor packing, just simply put it on plastic cover and sended to me. No safety bubble wrap cover. May it can damage. So please make it good packing. Thank you

Will this is quite heavy duty hear gun and I suppose it's more designed for industrial use. Heats up very quickly and at high temperature at full 1800W, you can't even keep your hand at exhaust. The switch for high and low quality is also of premium built and quite rugged. Initially when you use it there maybe some burning smell but that's just the paint of exhaust burning away, the smell goes after 5-10mins. Do not worry about the negetive reviews here regarding that. Full points for the build quality Point to future buyes : Do NOT use it for mobile repairs as the heat is so strong that it simply deforms/melts the plastic parts. My phone's camera lens is now all molten up and useless. If you decide to use it anyway , make sure to not expose fir more than 15secs under any circumstances.. Unfortunately had to return it as my primary requirement was for electronic use only. PS. There is no box provided with it, just the Amazon box. I actually thought it's no good until I turned it on!

The product is good, not too heavy. It needs a little practice getting used to holding it with ease. It’s great for art and crafting as well. The packaging however, was very bad. It came in a plastic bag. There was no box or any protective material on it and this could result in product damage. I was lucky my heat gun came to me without any damage.

I could see that it was overheating. The reason was very poor quality moulded components with flash (excess plastic) blocking the air intakes. Exactly the same gun sells for a lesser amount under brand "Inditrust". Cannot go by the reviews on Amazon these days.

It works well, definitely buy it.
