I'm stuck with a useless product
Hi...I purchased this item a few weeks ago & was it delivered on 24 May.I gifted it to my niece who was visiting at the time.I didn't rip off the cellophane cover to open it at the time as I thought it looked good wrapped.My niece was over again 2 days ago & showed me that there was no magnet in the clasp in the pencil box so it can't be closed.That was very embarrassing especially since a 5 year old had the better sense to tell me to never buy online again.The return policy has since then lapsed so I'm stuck with a useless product.Moreover I'm troubled by the revelation that I must open up every item bought to check them even if they're gift wrapped.This is not right.
