Product was bent/had dent. Liked the brush though.
The media could not be loaded. Product is good although it seemed to be bent when it arrived. I applied for a refund which was processed smoothly. I ordered 2 of these so I kept the one that was not bent and it seems to do the job well.

This is a good product
This is a good product. I have been using it for a long time (for about 1.5 years). It is good to clean floor / bathroom tiles while remaining standing. My only suggestion / complain is if the body could be made more rigid and stronger for long last - the lower part tends to disengage from the upper part on hard use when trying to clean and rub off hard spots.

Very small width...only useful to clean ceiling...not recommended for floor cleaning.
Not practical for floor cleaning, buy only for ceiling cleaning purposes.

Long Rod helps Small Bristles don't help..
Length of Broom is Good n lightweight but Breath is so less?not possible to use as long floor Mop Rod stick!which was my purpose ,and Cant gather Dust too bcoz of not enough thick bristles breath...

Poor Package
It was received in defective and damaged condition and seems to be roaming so many deliveries and rejections. They would have packed with more care. I know the product was so good but make of package it received as a damaged.

The product looks nice, however, seems it seems the handle was damaged in shipment. the packaging could have been better to avoid such issue.
