Great for protein and mushroom based
I’m lactose and this does not upset my stomach, does not stick to my intestines either like other brands do. Does not give me any sort of gas or upset stomach with water. Smells delicious for being mushroom based. Tastes fine with water but is very delicious with milk. I’ve been taking this for 2 years and really helps me get my protein intake.

Just buy it for the love of your taste buds
I never leave reviews but I absolutely had to for this protein powder. I’ve recently switched to plant based protein powder since I have a heavy intolerance to whey blends and this flavor did not disappoint whatsoever and the added BCAAs for the gains?!?! Yes please. I feel like this brand is so underrated and deserves more recognition for the taste and quality of protein just amazing.
