I recently wore them on a high heel pair of shoes on a night out. Did they stop me feet from hurting? No. But what they did do if make it comfortable for my foot. I am not good at wearing heels anyway. It was also nice waking up the next day without really sore feet each time I took a step. I was recommend as they do add support and made my feet more comfortable when I did wear my heels.
