many people says they received defective and damaged product then how i sure when I order i received good product

received defective product which stopped working within 24 hours...so something is surely not right...returned the product.

The product which i own does not contain hanuman chalisha, shree shuktam in it under spiritual head,!

This product is a piece of junk. The unit that I have used to take ten to fifteen minutes to “load “!! Now it has stopped doing that also. I am planning to pack it and return it to the manufacturer. Amazon is doing a grave disservice to its customers by marketing this piece of garbage.

I don't get it. Why would anyone want to buy this when everyone is carrying a smart phone these days?

I am an avid user of smart phone and use Amazon Prime Music as well as paid Wynk Subscription as well. This box has 5000 golden oldies in Hindi that can be accessed by the touch of a button. It creates a random shuffle based on the mood, artist etc that you select. I have gifted this to my parents who are not avid smartphone users. Since it also has Bluetooth connectivity you can pair it with your smartphone and listen to music that you may have there. Also, a USB interface allows you to plug in music via a pen drive. Plus an FM makes it all in one. My wife also uses one of these in the kitchen where endless hours of music can be played without the need to tinker with your smartphone. Its excellent and once you have it you will value it. The quality of the sound though needs to improve.
