This humidifier within one day put some moisture back in my house. I’m on oxygen full time and the indoor air drys my nose so much until now. It hold 2 gallons of water, I got distilled water for it. It came with a remote and it has different settings. The humidifier itself is about 3’ tall and slim. It’s a great addition to anyone on full time oxygen. 9/25: UPDATE: I ordered and received this September 1st. Today it quit working. I checked the settings, cleaned the machine based on instructions, put in new water, everything according to directions. It’s a no go and headed to the trash since I threw the box away. Very disappointed.

Happy with this. It works well, it is easy to fill from the top, and the size is so much better than some smaller ones I've used. The very best part is how quiet it is! I'm amazed! My only issue would be that the remote seems worthless so I don't even use it and wish I would have opted for the slightly cheaper one without that.

I purchased this to use when I got sick over winter. Recently had head cold so pulled out and put together. Went through directions what little was available. First tank of water wet well. Went and refilled tank and started as normal but part way through night sometime unit went into a flashing light and beeping alarm. Wasn't low by much .Refilled and restarted. Checked back after a few hours and same results. Tried to contact supplier to find out what the alarm meant. All i'm able to get is a stupid AI generated help desk that's obviously not specific to this unit. Very aggravating not able to get a simple response to what should be a simple solution. It's practically new.

***Update 12/15: KZF customer service has reached out to me and provided a replacement humidistat is not exactly accurate but it absolutely works, my biggest issue with this device is its behavior when power is lost and then restored to the plug. All the device settings are lost when power is lost to the device and the device does not restart to its previous state, or at all, when power is restored, it just stays powered down, even when power is restored. This makes the device not as useful for functions such as only running the dehumidifier during certain hours of the day or night.

This humidifier is quiet and does the job. I love the remote to set humidity level and run time. It’s sleek and looks great in our living room. The large reservoir is great and reduces frequent refilling. My daughter saw it and also ordered one.
