This was a fun purchase-our favorites are the Bolner’s fiesta hamburger deluxe (go to for everything) and fajita seasonings. So I purchased this before leaving for a week. My hubby used this on the 8 ribeyes he purchased to eat while I was gone. For 7 days. The ribeyes were gone when I returned about 12 hours early and He used this every single time, over any of the other seasonings we have. He loves it! It’s different than the other seasonings in so many good ways. He thought it was going to have a sweet taste and was a little leery, but it turned out it wasn’t at all-just delicious. It’s a very balanced flavor steaks and pork chops (that we have tried so far) it’s a great addition to your grilling/smoker/cooking scene.

We were at a tiny little hole in the wall restaurant and had the best burger ever so we asked why it was so good. They shared their secret and it was this. Uncle Chris seasoning. We found it on Amazon and bought it, and it was a total game changer. We use this on just about everything! Hamburgers, pork chops, steak, potatoes, french fries, in soups and sauces, you name it. It’s a great flavor but not too bold, so even in pork butts or spaghetti we add it along with the more signature seasonings. I haven’t tried it on ice cream, but who knows that may even turn out better with Uncle Chris on top! lol We went from the small to the large container because if we run out we would be lost at supper time! And yes we have even given it as a gift! Now my whole family loves it too!

This is the only season salt I use. I use it instead of salt and pepper in my cooking. It is great for the grill too.
