Hello. Yes they do. I had a small problem as the threaded holes in the bar weren't EXACTLY where I wanted them to be, meaning the handles were a tad loose. I imagine that's always a problem with such fittings. I fixed it with a black rubber washer used as a spacer. Overall I'm pleased with them, they look pretty good

No, the picture is correct. This set is to be used in conjunction with a surface mounted door rim lock, such as (but not limited to) my reference B0088V8CYO. In this situation the rim lock fits on the door and the knob (furthest away in the picture) fits up against this knob. What I suspect you may be looking for however is an Oval Mortice Door Knob Set, which can be used on interior non locking doors with a latch. You should be able to find these separately on Amazon.
