Light bar great value
Great bar, very light but can handle plenty of weight. Rubber handles either end for comfort, I keep it in my gym bag because I’m sick of hunting a bar down in my gym. Very pleased with it

Solid build quality, slightly flawed design.
Solid Bar, good grip for Lat Pull Downs and Triceps Pushdowns, could have been a little longer in length, the bar is about 42cm probably could have been better at 50cm, and the centre piece is not rounded but a sharp edge so it can dig into your chest when pulled down onto it. But for a cheap bar it’s solidly built so 4 out of 5 stars.

Thinner and easier to grip good grip handles
I like this for some exercises over the standard gym bars as it’s lighter and the rubber handles make this easier to grip as it’s not as thick. I have trouble with my grip so this helps with certain things. Where it falls down is that the join/coupling that connects to the carabiner clip doesn’t rotate so you may need to adjust grip position before lifting.
