Terrible packaging and delivery service
The product is good, but the packaging was absolutely terrible. I received it in a damaged and torn box with no proper outer packaging. The item’s original box was badly damaged, and there was even a large hole in it, as shown in the pictures. This is very disappointing and needs improvement.

Works best among all non-stick brands. Sturdy and works fine for omelets and shallow fry dishes. Use only wooden or silicon spatulas to prevent any scratches. Don't wash when the pan is hot. This will ensure long life of the pan.

Why accesories missing from box
Scrubber and wooden spatula was missing in the box. Otherwise Hawkins quality is beyond compare
