She ships in her original box inside a large Amazon box.

Do her hands remove for dressing like all of the other Rainbow High dolls?

The hands on the 24" doll are not removeable.

Can she fit into 18 inch doll clothes?

This is a 24" full figure fashion doll, if you mean clothes that an 18" American Girl/Our Generation/My Life dolls clothes it is possible some might fit, with some adjustments, they are straight up & down & she is curvy , I plan on creating clothes for mine-sewing &,or crocheting to custom fit. She is an awesome doll. I hope this helps.
