This is a great bank for young kids just starting to save their money. I love the window on it. It gives them a way to see the money in the bank.

Nice bank, well put together. I wish it was a little harder to open so my kid couldn’t get in and out of it so easily.

This piggy bank definitely met my expectations! I was looking for a three compartment piggy bank - one for saving, one for spending and one for giving - to help teach my four year old responsible money habits. I wanted a piggy bank that would allow her to clearly see how much money she had inside. At only four, she’s not yet old enough to grasp that a $5 bill represents 5 singles, so we’re using single dollar bills and I wanted her to be able to compare how much she has in each compartment. This piggy bank has more than fit the bill. It’s solidly constructed so I don’t have to worry about it breaking apart when she inevitably drops it. She’s able to get the money into the slots and easily remove the front in order to access the money. And it’s made money tangible and fun, which was what I was hoping for. I’ll be buying another for my son once he’s old enough. I recommend this product.

I bought this for my niece as a gift so she could understand how you should spend, save and give money. I wish I had seen it before she opened it. It is made of wood and the wood gave her little hands splitters. The window you see the money though was like a yellowing old plexiglass. I usually look at anything I give from Amazon as a gift for these reasons. Sometimes stuff like this has to either been made poorly or it sat in a warehouse too long.,I was extremely sad to see how poorly made it was.

I think it's a good first piggy bank for a five-year-old
