what is the process of °F switchable ?

Yes it is. Switch on the thermo and hold it for 2 sec to switch between *C or *F. Note this is a very good product. There are few who complained time taken to show the temp. This is due to low battery which needs to be replaced.Using this for my new born baby and happy with the product

How to calibrate this thermometer as far it is showing 96.2 as my normal temperature

It is already calibrated. 96.2 is ok.

Accuracy is not good, always shows 96.4 as normal, so I need to calibrate. How to calibrate this thermometer ?

It doesn't require to calibrate. It seems that there is problem. Better to contact the manufacturer.

How can we replace the battery in this ?

Take this device to any good watch shop and make the replacement of battery in front of you. Instruct him not to exact the whole inside interface out of the cover, since very small sensor wires are attached with the tip which is surely going to be broken if you remove it completely. Just tell him to change the battery by open the cape and extracting only needed space for battery
