BUY THIS if you don't want to wake up and pee every 2 hours!
Saved me! I was peeing every couple of hours at night (really!). I saw an M.D. doctor on YouTube rave about these for helping BPH (basically it means peeing a lot). It took about 2 weeks (taking one pill with my single meal, daily) to work. I keep a night time "bladder diary" and I use a stop watch when I pee (yeah, i know that's weird but allows me to track my progress). If I don't drink too much coffee/ tea/ or water before bed ... I sleep now 5, 6, hours or more without having to wake up and pee!

Not as strong effect as I had espected
works but not as well as I would expect for 500mg. I suspect dose is way over stated.

Not the 500mg that it claims to be.
Junk. There is no way that this is 500mg. When I take 10 of another brand's 50mg capsules, my stool takes on a maroon color. With these, no change. They are lighter, and translucent in color. One of my 50mg capsules is larger than the two of theirs together. In addition, there is no UPC code, which others have noted, but I thought that I'd take a chance, since medical research advises high-dose lycopene to help shrink the prostate. These won't do it. No more junk Chinese supplements for me. The same applies to any Chinese food imports. I just don't trust the CCP to protect consumer safety. I've read and learned of too many horror stories coming out of there, to have any confidence in their exports. Taiwan is fine, Japan's fine, and even Vietnam, but not the PRC.
