Less than 6 months after purchase this computer stopped working. Have not been able to get anyone to respond at IST after calling and contacting through their website. We have gone through all of the do it yourself troubleshooting and it won't boot up.

It's fast to boot up and load and the battery life is outstanding. The cost was excellent for the amount of RAM and solid state drive storage you receive. Very satisfied with this laptop.

This is a great Laptop! I've been looking for one like this for a while. check out places like BB but theirs didn't have the larger hard drive or memory for what I needed and was much more expensive than this one. I'm very happy with this seller, the laptop was shipped and delivered fast. I use this for my business and I'm very pleased with it's speed and performance. I would not hesitate to purchase another one if the need arises.

This computer behaved perfectly fine for a whole year, and during the last few months what a nightmare this computer has been! Started having hardware issues right after the warranty ran out. Windows 11 doesn't seem to work correctly on this machine at all, file explorer has been buggy since the day I bought it. Sometimes updates install, sometimes they don't, and recovery doesn't even work correctly. Numerous troubleshooting measures and memory diagnostics have been useless. I don't recommend this computer at all.

As a professional who needs both power and portability, I was looking for a laptop that could handle heavy multitasking while still being durable enough for daily travel. The HP laptop (i7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) checked all the boxes - and after using it for a month, I'm convinced it's one of the best business laptops out there.

Windows 11 update failed due to incorrect storage allocation. Significant troubleshooting required to correct it.

I had a 2012 Asus. This is big upgrade. Never had a HP before so hope for the best. Seems to work nice. The features of this model 450 G10 are pretty good. Has Rj45!!
