The product was received in good condition with in two days after placing the order
The product was received in good condition with in two days after placing the order. Installation has been done as per the booked schedule. The quality of the table is okay. But drawer Lock system is bad. I contacted Royal Oak customer care, but no use. I received an answer from Royal oak is that, they can't do anything.

Defective Product even with the replacement
Very disappointing almost took 2 times for replacement which is also defective. And refund took more than one month after following up with multiple times. Big losses need to held Carpenter, New TV installation just due to negligence behavior. Felt insulting when Amazon CS staff offered Rs 250 as compensation for their false promising.
