Easy to use. Automatically starts the timer when you close the 'gripper.' Consistent heat and time make for perfect mugs every time. Very pleased with this unit.

This press word great & the designs come out great! My only complaints are that it’s difficult to change the temperature setting and that it can’t do tumblers either.

So far I have not had any issues. Like most of the reviews. Colors come out bright. I love I can do both sides at the same time.

Defective product. Doesn’t work right out of box. Unit is cheap and seems as if it was tampered with. Also a resistor is outside unit in the box.

This product works as well as the name brands but at a fraction of the cost. We love it.

I probably should give less stars, due to wasted materials, but your satisfaction will depend on how you use this product. IF.... - you do one-off designs, on different types of mugs, and expect professional results, you'll be very disappointed. You'll end up wasting materials. IF.... - you print the same designs over and over, on the same type of mug, you'll be more satisfied. You'll still waste material, but not nearly as much. IF.... - you're looking for a low-priced mug press to use as an occasional craft activity with your friends and family, you'll be pretty happy. You'll be less concerned about mistakes (each comes with a memory!), and happy that you spent a fraction of the cost of the name-brand unit.
