I have been using this massager for 3-4 days now and I am really happy with it. First of all this is of very good quality and quite robust. Its has option to rotate the massaging knobs clock/anti clock wise on a click of button. There are 3 speed options for rotation which work quite well, however there is not much difference between speed 1 and speed 2 but 3rd one os okay. Its just like running a car at 10, 20 and 40 km/h :) so nothing fancy and drastic there. There is option of heating as well while massaging which is quite subtle and I feel ok, it doesn’t feel like ‘hot’. Its just that you feel the difference. There is one more useful feature which turns the massager off after around 15 mins of continuous use, which I think is safety guard against the fact that you might fall asleep during the massage ;-) You have to explicitly turn it on again if you wish to continue, which I think is justified. Overall its a great product, I had been having a good amount of pain around my upper back, rotator cuffs and neck area for few years now due to long seating hours, bad posture, sometimes bad workouts at gym and due to general stiffness. I have had used different exercises to strengthen my upper back muscles, rotator cuffs in the past. I even bought a posture corrector as well, but getting a good automated massage is altogether a different experience and this massager does a great job for me. It relieves pain for good long hours. I think its a great product for those who don’t workout or have stiffness around any body parts. It actually activates the muscles and loosens up, just like a physiotherapist would do, which leads to great relief. A very good buy for elderly people also, my mother loves it. For me its a good purchase after long time :-)

Product is very good. It helped to relieve me from back pain. Actually thought of buying a massager recliner, but just went for a try. This saved me more than 70k.

It's good but I haven't got the warranty card I think I should exchange it and the company should take care of it and send me the another product with the warranty card

I purchased the product last month 7th May i received it on 12th it was working fine i was really enjoying the massage it works exactly as it should but its not working anymore its less than a month . Is there anyone who can help me with the replacement coz it says one year warranty n the product is intact no wear n tear of any kind .

This product is absolutely brilliant to manage my neck and back pain. I have struggled for years with a stiff back and neck and of late my pain was so bad that I had very restricted movement on the left side. I would take regular massages and Physiotherapy can only help upto a point. After it’s done, back pain needs to be managed and this massager helps me do just that. I have maximum stiffness in the morning and this is the first thing I do, while having my tea. Yes this is so convenient that I can actually sip my tea and let this massage my neck and back. It’s fairly easy to regulate - with easy sliding up and down the neck and back. The rollers for me are just about perfect, not too hard and not too soft. The heat is not too much but I don’t mind that and after about 20 minutes of use, it actually becomes well heated. I do devote 20-30 minutes to my neck and back with this massager as it instantly relieves stiffness and makes my pain much more manageable. I even have the Osim massage seat which only reaches the back and actually had a much harder massage than this. I’m pretty happy with this product as it has finally relieved months of tension and stiffness from my back and my pain is much better. Maybe those who don’t have stiff muscles may find the massage hard as it’s not really a relaxing massager but a more targeted massager for pain. I've personally utilized this massager and have my parents use it as well. It proves highly effective in alleviating back and neck pains. If you struggle with cervical pain or frequently deal with stiffness in your neck and shoulders, this is the ideal solution for you and your family. I have given it 4 stars as I am not experienced any effect of the heating function. They do give a separate wire for using it in car, which is a good option especially for the daily traffic goers. I would later share an updated review after using it for a few months.
