Non stick, even cooking make food tastes good, nothing burned in it yet. Light weight easy to use. Cooking in it is exactly what I was looking for. Reduce my oil usage for cooking and cleaning effort. Size, it feels not deep enough; but it's as per the specification, so I am good.
