I've been struggling with hair loss for a while and have seen no difference with any vitamin. I've tried them all, viviscal (which made my hair fall out more), sugarbear hair (which is jut an amplified multi-vitamin) and countless others. This particular vitamin although way too early to see any results or not has everything you basically need for hair re-growth. I have started taking this along with a multi-vitamin and have my fingers crossed. WILL UPDATE.

My hair feels thicker and my nails no longer look all scratched up because of my vitamin deficiency! Took a few weeks to kick in for me, but what matters is that it did, and I love the results!

I love this Supplements! Hair became much stronger, don't loose it so much any more. For sure recumbent it to others!

The product arrived quickly but didn't live up to the hype. I took the product for a month finishing the bottle but didn't see a difference in my nails or hair.

The suggested dosage is two capsules a day. My bottle arrived in August 2020 and the expiration date says “EXP 08 20.” What?!The ingredients seem to be supplements that are often recommended for your hair, skin, or nails. The amount of vitamin E seems high, coming to 667% of DV if you take the recommended dose of two capsules. This is something to consider if you are taking other supplements that also contain vitamin E, you may be getting a megadose.I have been told to avoid sulfur supplements because my body does not break down sulfur very well. This contains MSM, which is contraindicated in my case. I did not see that when I ordered it because I did not concentrate on the details in the listing. My error.The label notes that it is packaged in a facility that processes milk, soy, wheat, nuts, etc., so be cautious if you have food allergies.

I started taking biotin about 2 years ago to help strengthen my chemically wrecked hair. It has improved the quality of my hair so I will continue taking it. This Hair & Nail supplement contains not only biotin but Vitamins A & E. Looking at the percentages, the biotin is an astonishing 337% of the daily allowance and Vitamin E is at 667%. If taking a multivitamin already, as I am, this is overkill. The capsules are a little longer than I'm used to but easy to swallow and have no taste.
