Excellent supplement, value & quality!
Excellent value and product. I had my gall bladder removed 20 yrs ago, and get gerd when I eat anything too oily, healthy oils included (Avocados, MCT Oil, Olive Oil, Ghee). I was initially considering just the Ox Bile, but I really like the additional health support in the complex. I open the capsule and add the powder inside to my morning water w/Electrolyte flavored powder and EAA powder, and drink it before I have my Bullet Coffee. I also add a capsule later in the days to my smoothies. It works a charm, and I know my body is processing nutrients more efficiently. Haven't had a bout of reflux or Gerd issues since I started using this supplement. I shopped around, compared and did my homework - this is the best value and quality!

My husband had been having really bad digestive issues of which he would feel like food was stuck at the mouth of his stomach and also when he ate too late or too much he would feel his tummy upside down queasy but this product has really helped him have a digestive balance and he has been able to eat and have more peace after eating

Pretty decent. Having no gallbladder it is VITAL to have ox bile in your digestive enzymes and this is one of the only ones I’ve found that has it in the ingredients. Small count for 2x day though for the price. There are a few other options that offer higher quantity for under $20

Use caution
I gave 3 stars because this is a good brand with great value prices.I bought to hopefully help correct some digestive issues. It has actually made it worse. Both of us have noticed headaches after taking it. It's been a week. I'm not sure whether I'm going to take anymore.I've been fine taking other probiotics and fiber.
