Well, I'm confused as to how many stars to give the product: if I rate the one that still works, I would give it 5 stars. Such a cool idea, perfect for a cramped space between toilet and sink - works perfectly. The other stopped working after a month (despite minimal use - in a second bathroom we never use). I guess I will find out how good customer service is when I figure out who to contact. Hopefully the one that still works continues to work.

These cans are great to keep the dogs from grabbing tissues out of the garbage and tearing them up. So easy to set up and use and a good size. Update. So they worked great then changed the batteries and it no longer works. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend them at all after that. Don’t waste your money
