it works just stick with it
Best out there for price and quality 13th purchase. You need to know if you never used any kind of Co Q 10 it takes two to three week for you body to build up the reserves to make those ache and pains go away. so hang in there

Great value for the quantity
While I don't really know if it is doing anything, I have to trust it is. I like this brand has a larger quantity for the price and less additives as other brands do. Overall very satisfied and they do not smell either which is a plus. Some pills are stinky. These are like little brown footballs and easy to swallow. I will definitely be ordering again.

Recovery
