The capsules are quite big so drink with plenty of water. You get the usual capsule taste if you let them linger in your mouth too long before swallowing. My biggest problem with these is trying to work out what they do or how long you need to be taking them for them to show some results. Are they designed to boost libido? Are they designed to reduce stress, restore hormone and emotional balance, and as a result you are going to be more inclined to, well, you know. I haven’t noticed any changes and these are certainly not a quick fix in my opinion. So, I’m going three stars.

I feel like I have tried pretty much every single type of “female libido booster” you can legally obtain since my previously normal to high sex drive was completely murdered by medical treatments I require long term. Unfortunately, just like all the others, this provided no change at all aside from needing the toilet a bit more often. Disappointed but not surprised unfortunately.

The pills themselves are massive, and taste kind of sideways. No worse than any other dry-grass flavoured vitamin, but it's not exactly a fun experience. I've been taking two tablets once per day with a glass of water after a meal, and you really have to gulp them down, like a seagull with a hot dog. I think they might actually be doing something though? I have definitely felt a little different since I started taking them. I can't be 100% sure it's definitely this and not the annual urge, but if it isn't the timing is weirdly convenient. You get a month's worth for the price, which is long enough to see if they work for you. If it does, then they're PRICELESS, but if it doesn't then you still at least get some good vitamins out of it, so I think it's worth trying if you're also having issues with low libido.
